Higher Nature Vitamin D - yep, it is a vitamin in my monthly favorites. And I think it desirves to be mention because it saved my nails. They become very thin, and they were chipping a lot. So it was time to do something about that, and I started with a vitamin D, that I order from the feelunique  for 5.5 pounds with free shipping. 

I'm taking one capsule (even in direction stats 1 - 2, one is enough for me) and after 15 days I finally see some improvments in my nail, they become much stronger, and chipping was finally gone. 

This package contains 120 capsules, which should last for about 4 months. I think it is great value for the money, and I highly recommend those, if you have the same nail problems like I do.
